* High cholesterol ~ High cholestrol builds plaque in the arteries, which can reduce or block blood flow to the brain.
 
* Medication ~ Be sure to take any medication that was prescribed to help increase blood flow or thinning. Many doctors recommend taking an aspirin everyday. Be sure to consult with your doctor first.
